This Sunday(June 1), our local community will gather in celebration of the 50th Anniversary of the Santa Cruz Pride Parade—a moment of gratitude, reflection, and joyful affirmation. As a Reconciling Congregation, we honor this milestone with hearts open wide. We give thanks for all those who have walked the road of courage and love before us—those who dared to believe in a church where all God’s children are welcomed, affirmed, and called to lead. We celebrate the lives and gifts of our LGBTQ+ siblings in Christ and recommit ourselves to the ongoing work of justice and inclusion.
