Dear Church Family, I want to share an important update regarding the upcoming meeting to approve the lease agreement with the Boys & Girls Clubs of Santa Cruz County. Originally announced as a Charge Conference, this meeting will now be held as a Church Conference on a new date: To be held: Santa Cruz, CA via Zoom Purpose: Approval of a new lease agreement with Boys and Girls Clubs of Santa Cruz County. When: Thursday, July 31, 2025, at 7:00 pm Presiding: DS Sun Hee Kim This change reflects the thoughtful feedback of several leaders and members who expressed a strong desire for greater transparency and broader participation in this important decision. As a Church Conference, all professing members of our congregation are invited and eligible to vote. To help everyone feel informed and engaged, we will also hold an in-person Q&A session this Sunday, July 27, immediately after fellowship. This will be a time to ask questions and better understand how this lease fits into our ministry goals and financial sustainability after the closing of Spring Hill School.
